Navadurga Cashmere is the leading pashmina and cashmere manufacturer in Nepal with more than 25 years of experience. We are a top supplier of wholesale and bespoke pashmina apparel. We export to over 70 countries worldwide.
We began our journey with a small shop in Thamel in the year 1998 A.D. After years of struggle and an unwavering dedication to bring genuine high-quality pashmina garments to the masses, Navadurga Cashmere has managed to establish itself as a household brand in Nepal. The journey has certainly been challenging yet a fulfilling one. 

The foundation of our organization is built on values, transparency and trust. We have refined our pashmina and cashmere manufacturing from decades of experience and learning. What sets us apart is our traditional method of collecting, refining and handcrafting pashmina and cashmere. Staying true to our handicraft roots allows us to extract the finest pashmina threads ensuring you enjoy the experience of a long-lasting premium pashmina and expert craftsmanship. Our stricter-than-industry-standards ensure the quality of our pashmina remains consistent and has helped us build a loyal customer base for the past two decades.
Enforcing strict sustainability and ethical practices, we source our cashmere yarn from the Himalayas of Nepal where the goats are allowed to graze on planned pastures which has less impact on the grasslands. To encourage and support the farmers, we cut the middle-men and buy our cashmere directly from them. We strictly adhere to ethical fair-trade and sustainable practices which prevents the exploitation of workers and natural resources.

Standing proud with over 150 employees on our pay-roll.  At the heart of our workforce lie our women artisans who have helped propel our success to new levels. Our factory is the largest pashmina manufacturing establishment in the country capable of handling bulk order in a short time-frame along with an exceptional service. We have collaborated with many local and international brands.

At Navadurga Cashmere, our mission is to become a globally renowned and go-to pashmina/Cashmere brand. We aspire to attract all demographic of people with our bold, timeless and contemporary designs. Our main goal is to protect the rich heritage of pashmina by eradicating faux pashmina that plagues the market. We aspire to educate people on the benefits, history and unique properties of this exquisite fabric. We aim to compete with huge international brands by offering high quality pashmina clothing at an affordable price. Each piece we create is handcrafted from high-quality pashmina fabric by our expert artisans. In the near future, we hope to open franchises in all major destinations of the world. 

Despite various adversities and challenges in the pashmina business such as the lack of quality standard laws and resources, we plan to continue to give the best quality pashmina to our valuable customers. Alongside that, we plan to give back to society and address major social concerns prevalent in our society with the goal of improving the lives of artisans, farmers and people.
